Woodhams Apartments:
Selling modern living to opposing markets.

Problem —

When Hambridge came to us to help marktet a residential scheme in London’s (geographically) biggest suburb, they wanted to achieve a wide appeal so as to draw the most biggest potential buyer numbers. 

Solution —

Our response was a brand identity that highlights the dual attractions of a London postcode and proximity to the green spaces of Kent and beyond with a vibrant colours, some aspirational local photography and a monogram marque logotype.

Result –

At time of publishing, in a challenging market, 75% of the units at Woodhams Apartments have sold off plan.
